Esta classe implementa a fábrica de elementos XML para o pacote de algoritmos. Ela permite associar objetos da aplicação com a tag raiz do documento que será persistido. Permite também associar as tags XML com as respectivas classes dos seus elementos, necessárias tanto para leitura quanto para escrita.
